Cars for Kids Automobile Show The Valley Collector Car Club and the Litchfield Hills Historical Automobile Club Thu, Oct 21, 2021 - Thu, Oct 21, 2021 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Litchfield In Person Cars for Kids Automobile Show POSTPONED UNTIL 10/10/2021, 2020Sponsored by the Valley Collector Car Club and the Litchfield Hills Historical Automobile Club, the 8th Annual Cars for Kids Automobile Show will be held at the Connecticut Junior Republic CJR in Litchfield. Gates and registration for exhibitors will open at 8 AM. Show entries are $10 per car. Dashboard plaques will be given to the first 100 entrants and exhibitor gift bags will be given to the first 200 registrants. Judging will be from 10:30 AM 1:30 PM and trophies will be awarded at 2:30 PM. Spectator parking will open at 10 AM. Admission is $5 per car. A luncheon will be available in the DAssern Dining Room. The Hot Rod Special will feature a pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw. The Cruiser Special will feature a chicken sandwich, lettuce and tomato. Both specials include pasta salad, iced tea and cookies.
