Those were some basic CLASSICAL MUSIC Pavlovs the players left for the 4th podium. The Tarantino movie stumper was less surprising though still disappointing.
Nice work by Simi with no DDs to prevent the runaway even with Amy adding 12000 on all the DDs. Amy is 5/6 on DDs in finding them all and perfect on the FJ! clues her opponents could not solve.
The FJ! clue was not for me and I wrote blizzard to avoid a blank page.

18/0 J!(Fashion & TV News were garbage categories), 22/4/? DJ!
on big clues. Depends on whether Festival of Lights would be sufficient. Haven't got Diwali to stick.
Guessed emergency for FJ! This seems another sloppily written clue. The inconsistency in writing is getting overwhelming.
trash: Flushing , Jutland, Sibelius.
bad misses: Sword dance for Saber Dance , matched Simi w/Pulp Fiction for Reservoir Dogs.

One book looks like The Book of Weird and Unusual Trivia.

In a nice bit of coincidence, most of the show was preempted by heavy thunderstorm and, yes, tornado warnings.

Loved the video. Don’t think her cat enjoyed it.
Fun game watch. As one who has lived through many tornado warnings in my life (including one that ripped through my neighborhood and my house four years ago Saturday), this was a quick solve.

Many, many years ago, my company had its annual holiday party, and the entertainment was a trivia contest featuring me against one of my colleagues. Without my knowledge, they had given him the answers, but he was told to keep it close so it wasn't obvious that he was cheating. So it came down to the final question, which was who had written the Sabre Dance. I knew it, and answered Khachaturian. Everybody started freaking out, and I had no idea why. Apparently they had thought that question was so difficult that I would never get it, and thus my colleague would have barely won. That's when they divulged that the contest was rigged.

I started to write hurr..., then crossed it out and wrote tornado...Often my crossing out is a wrong decision, but I figured a tornado has always been less predictable, because more sudden, than a hurricane. But we are told nowadays when they may be coming.
I take it that Ken's saying Hindu Festival of Lights showed that was an alternate response. I hope so, since it was big in my game. I should remember Diwali but it just wouldn't come....

Amy and Simi put on a show of pluck (pluckiness?). They were plucky. They had f*ck. As in not at all f*ckless. Ah, hell, I've probably accidentally insulted them. Simi's clawing her way back into the mix was as impressive as Amy's comeback on Monday. All that training for Simi paid off - but Marian the Librarian was too much today. I just loved Simi's video and watched the whole thing (a rare circ*mstance).
Easy for me to pick tornado since it's on my byline. I'm surprised it was a 1/3, but I don't know when we got the resources to track hurricanes, but it had to be by early 20th century after airplanes and wireless coms.
TIL what a bon mot is. And how to pronounce it. And that I'll probably still never use it in public. And that's my bon mot.

*Whew* that Chilean Current reversal...
I didn't even get on that track of actual weather events and went with "chance"
The best thing that Neil Armstrong ever did, was to let us all imagine we were him.

Vic Vega in Reservoir Dogs, played by Michael Madsen, is supposed to be the brother of Vincent Vega in Pulp Fiction, played by John Travolta. In Pulp Fiction nobody gets their ear cut off while "Stuck in the Middle With You" is playing.
I liked the dinosaur dress.
I had a dream that I was asleep and then I woke up and Jeopardy! was on.
